• Time, Distance and Routes: Please note that the time and distance of our Tours may vary depending on numerous factors such as weather conditions, water conditions, rider ability and  water traffic conditions. Depending on the time of the year (peak or off-peak) and tidal movements, the routes of our Tours may also be subject to change without notice.

• Customer Requirements: It is mandatory that all customers must read, write and understand English to be eligible to participate in any of our tours. As per Self Hire and Drive Regulations, customers MUST NOT  be under the influence of ALCOHOL OR DRUGS at anytime whilst on the Jetskis undertaking all tours. Before any hire is taken  a very comprehensive safety briefing will be given which is essential for all participants to view and understand. All participants must complete the accompanying test prior to departure on any of our tours. All riders will be required to complete and sign a public liability waiver prior to departure.

• Age Restrictions: Minimum age for a passenger is 12 years. Children aged 12 to 15 may have the opportunity to drive the ski when accompanied by an adult 18 or over… this will be at the tour guides discretion. Teenagers aged 16 to 18 are able to drive the ski alone with a parent or guardian’s signature. Must be 18 or over to take a  passenger.

• Weight Restrictions: Our skis can be comfortably twin shared at no extra cost. The conditions are that  the combined body weight does not exceed 200 kg

• Customer Cancellations: SURFERS JETSKI TOURS has a strict cancellation policy which requires a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to departure date. Bookings made between December 1 to January 31  require a minimum of 48 Hours Notice for any changes. Reschedule fees may apply. All rides are NON REFUNDABLE. Vouchers issued for reschedules have no expiry date.

• Cancellation by SURFERS JETSKI TOURS : Should it be necessary for SURFERS JETSKI TOURS to have to cancel due to circumstances beyond their control, a full refund will be made to the customer, if rescheduling is not possible.

• Weather: SURFERS JETSKI TOURS operate in safe weather conditions only. SURFERS JETSKI TOURS  reserves the right to cancel any tour at short notice if weather conditions are deemed unsafe.

• Gift Vouchers : Vouchers are non refundable, not transferable and not redeemable for cash.
  Once a booking is made using a gift voucher it is a confirmed booking. Gift Vouchers purchased with SURFERS JETSKI TOURS will not be refunded under any circumstances. If the cancellation process of 48 hour notice has not been made the gift voucher will be forfeited.

• SURFERS JETSKI TOURS Booking Requirements: SURFERS JETSKI TOURS require payment in full at time of booking. Bookings without payment can not be guaranteed.
   

• All riders understand SURFERS JETSKI TOURS will not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused and take full responsibility of their own actions whilst undertaking all Tours.
